Our certified training facility specializes in Home Staging training for individuals interested in the Staging profession. Our 3-Day course concentrates on External/Internal Staging Principles, vacant property evaluations and inventory rental, residential property assessment and seller/buyer psychology. This course is designed specifically for individuals beginning a Home Staging business.

At the Staging & Redesign Academy, we will teach you essential principles necessary to thrive as an independent Staging Professional encompassing industry basic's and building multiple revenue streams. Our award-winning instructor, will share with you the latest tips, techniques and trends of the industry.

We are committed to educating our students with solid design principals which adhere to SDP training guidelines. Class size is limited to ensure an optimal learning experience for each student.

Upon successful course completion, students will obtain the "PRS"™ (Professional Real Estate Stager) designation which they can add to their credentials. The PRS™ designation is a federally registered trademark. They will also be eligible to join the The Society of Decorating Professionals, which is a leading association at the forefront of this vibrant and in-demand industry.
